Never got around to installing these and trying to clear out space in my garage so these are up for sale. Bought new from ECSTuning for $54 shipped, yours for $43 shipped to anywhere in 48 states. Paypal as "gift" or add 3% for fees. Check my iTrader feedback here, PM if interested.

For those not in the know, these backing plates can be retrofitted onto a 135i to help alleviate the brake heating issues as these plates allow more air flow into the hub and rotor. The DIY is here.

HEY thats my DIY !!! lol Im glad after a couple of years that it helped someone else out.. went 5 pages back then !!

I dont know the OP.. but i will say, i tracked my car with great success for 2.5 years and had ZERO brake issues .. no fade.. no toasted pads. and more important the seals on my Performance brakes survived perfectly.. in fact im selling my BMW Performance brakes in another thread. (sorry no hijack intended)

I attribute the longevity of my parts and my safety to cooler brakes then what can be had with stock backing plates.

Good luck with your sale!!!

Regards, Alex

Thanks Alex, I have no doubt they work. My original plan was to run this, titanium shields, and high temp fluids but decided against tracking the car. I have a dedicated track car and didn't make sense to track both.
