Xenon issues

Gents,

Have blown three globes in as many months. No water present. The first time had condensation- I removed the covers, dried it out and refitted the covers with a new globe. Over summer I haven't seen any further condensation and still killed a globe.

Is this likely to be the control unit?(the thing near the wheel)
If not, what else would it be?

Wanting to just order the parts and fix it, I know Nissans but not BMW electrics. Limited time to get it to a shop due to commitments.
