Suspension stuff came in today!

26.5 FSB, m3 control arms/tension rods, and rear subframe bushings. ordered them from dan@united. I dont know how this guy gets stuff here so quick, so cheap!

it doesnt matter anyway, parts wont be installed until after my deployment (may).

anyway, im excited. I dont have a twitter, so i post here!

Most excellent. That will really tighten down the suspension.

i thought that was in april? I will still be deployed. I got a 3 month gig to replace someone that had to leave early. i wont be back until may.

as long as my car is done before that switzerland run, im happy.

hopefully i will have the suspension stuff that came in today, 2 piece front rotors (front), f/r pads, fluid, meth, vmr vb3's (18x8.5, 18x9.5), and PSS's 235/40 front, 265/35 rear, and maaayyyyyyyyybeeeeeeeeeee meth. but im done with power mods, at least for a while.

Id love to get an OS Giken diff, but its so expensive! shipping alone is ridiculous. its a pipe dream. but i sew on staff next month, so ill be getting e5 deployment pay. cant wait!

if you decide to go with meth let me know i can help with the install since i have already spent a whole day doing mine. Do you already have DP's?

yeah, im FBO -meth. I might do that, and crank the boost up a bit. Handling/braking takes priority over that though. my engine is overpowering the rest of my car. the only non-power mods i have installed now are V3's and non-rft's. weaksauce.

How do you like the V3's? my buddy was looking at a set for his M3.

I'm right there with you, I'm FBO + meth - FMIC ( mostly cause the results i have seen from FMIC won't do much for me with the exception of the heat soak) I make plenty of power for Nurburgring, last trip there i was getting crazy break fade, mind you i still ran 9:18 with three accidents I had to slow down for. either way, I should be good to go after all my new toys are installed.

i dont have them yet, i actually havent paid for them yet. I will send the dude money today or tomorrow, just waiting for it to hit my account. i like the way they look, and they are an inch wider all around. might get them powdercoated matte pink, or matte white. not sure. i think pink again though, white would be a pita to keep clean.

just thought about this, you might consider adding the rear sway to your list since you will have a large amount of the rear suspension down anyways it would be a good time to install that.

i ordered my stuff through dan@united, base prices were within a few bucks of hpa's price, but shipping through dan was a hundred bucks cheaper.

what size front and rear bars did you go with?

My front bar is an M3 GTS bar the rear one will be the E93 M3 which i think is 23.5/6mm
