Gave my car a start today (like i do every few weeks) since its stored in my garage for winter, and noticed the ticking as well, which is weird because the car hasnt moved once in a few months..

I've got the same problem. Changed the oil about 300 miles ago and it's been making this sound ever since. I'm bringing it to the dealership soon. Will let you guys know the prognosis.

same noise as mine
parked it for a month and now the ticking is very noticeable, did an oil change no difference. I had performed a DIY intake valve cleaning when it was sitting; thought I screwed something up. However as many have noted the car is running better than ever the low end torque is insane Sure it sounds like a train but it also pulls like one. Once up to temp the noise is gone.
