May you mind sharing where you're getting this done and do you know roughly how much they are charging for this job?

Planning to do it myself.
I believe the inserts are quite easy to install, its the full bushings you need a press for.

The inserts help but people are not satisfied with them. Get the full bushings. The hardest part of the DIY is removal of the old ones. Because the new bushings are two-piece, they are easier to install. There are a couple really good DIY tutorials on the full two-piece bushing install. Labor is a lot if you take it to a shop because they would prefer to drop the subframe completely, rather than just a little bit.

I got the full Whiteline bushings for around $218 shipped through Amazon. Took a few weeks to get but worth the wait.

I got the inserts but they weren't nearly enough. I ended up removing and installing the full kit. Save your time and money and get the full kit.
Only difference in the install between the inserts and the full kit is removing the stock bushings. You can rent a tool or do like I and many others do and stick a socket (or barbell collar) in between the lowered subframe and the car and apply some heat and they'll come out.
As far as putting the new bushings in, they go in just as easy as the inserts do.

A barbell collar fits in there? Olympic barbell I'm assuming. Interesting. I've never seen that. Any photos or tips?!

Yeah, believe it or not an Olympic barbell collar is almost tailor made to push out the two front bushings. The rears came out in one piece just using a big socket, but on the fronts the socket actually tore through the center of the bushings leaving the edges still in there. The collar is the perfect size and because one side has the large opening it perfectly fits around the protruding alignment tab things that jut out of the subframe. Not sure if they fit the rear bushings.

This particular collar went with the dumbbell bar in the pic and measures 2 & 7/8" and is a bit smaller than the collar on my 7 ft barbell which is 3 & 2/8". Don't know if the larger barbell collar would fit, the smaller one was a perfect fit.
