It's not cheap to ship a exhaust. I just checked with UPS and it would be $111 dollars to your zip code.

How much cutting is required with intercooler? Does it require aftermarket charge pipe to fit?

The Intercooler is from ETS. It requires no cutting and can be installed without taking off the bumper.
