I tried to place a small order. Entered shipping address but all it says is no quote available. Is the site up and running or is this just a beta format?

Even at the paypal confimation area there is a no shipping method available at this time warning box appearing so it will not allow an order to be placed.

Its up and running. The shipping quote feature does give us issues from time to time.
