Opinions on Lease
Hi,
I would like to get 2010 135i built: Jet Black Beige Boston Leather Steptronic Msport Package BMW Assist Automatic highbeams Steptronic MSRP: 41,870 At signing roughly $1500 (Bank fee, 1st payment, tags) Sec deposit waived (loyalty customer) Monthly payments $584 including NY/brooklyn sales tax 8.875 Does this sound good? I am not good with this calcualtions, but how much over invoice is this? I read that $500-1000 over is good deal. Is that where I am? I looked at Edmund, but dealer tells me Edmunds is not 100% accurate. He said there are fees for commercials, fees for documents, all that has to be added to that number. They first said $602, and I declined, they called me today said $584. Please your help is needed, thank you. |

Invoice as built is $38,485 and edmunds is actually very accurate (spot-on). That is invoice for the car alone so he's right in saying that there are doc fees and MACO (commercials) on top of that. Those fees should total less than $400.

thank you.
Would you be able to tell me how I can figure out what they are charging me over invoice? I know my interest rate is .00230 and my residual is 62. I am doing 10k a year lease. I called the dealer back, and want to know the selling price, but they are off today and come back to work Saturday. |
