Replacing RoFs

I'm replacing the 205/50/17 Run on Flats (keeping the 17 x 7 OEM wheels)with traditional tires on my 128i. They are rated 89H, but I found some replacements that are either 89V or 91H. Which would provide a more comfortable ride with less noise, the 89V or the 91H?

Also, if I go to a 225/45/17, am I getting further away from comfort and quiet vs. the 205/50/17?

Thanks.
