Looking to purchase a KW v2 replacement shock. One of mine is blown and I can't have downtime of my car to ship the old shock back.

Kw offers an option where you purchase a strut/shock and send in your defective one. If under warranty you get refunded your cost and keep the ones they send you. If not under warranty they will keep your money.

I spoke to them today and they did not offer me such a option
