Did your SSK reduce the distance to 5th gear?
I am on the fence to get the SSK for my 128i since its throw is appox 75 mm as per Dackelone's thread http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...ht=calling+SSK
Which puts it at the n55 135i/1m level. My only issue with OEM set up is that in my seating position, the 5th gear is most uncomfortable to get to for my arm. It is too far diagonally and I am not sure if an SSK will help, and i dont want to change the seating position, it took me a while to find. I know various SSK change the position of neutral depending on the shifter bend Can anyone comment if their SSK has made 5th gear any closer? If it changed the distance, what brand was it?
