Seat Heating Pads for Race Seat Install

To whom this may concern,

I'm purchasing Recaro SPGs and will be installing them shortly. My OEM seats are heated seats, and I would like to maintain that ability with race seats.

Does BMW offer a heating pad w/OEM connectors to where I can retrofit them into my race seats? I realize that current BMW seats have the heating pad integrated.

No, I'm not cutting up my seats either because they are being sold off.

So, is there any easy solution to get BMW heating pads to retrofit (well just slip in and plug into the existing wiring harness) for race seats?

Help is appreciated!

What about an aftermarket seat heating kit and then splice a factory connector onto it? You can probably find a better size for your aftermarket seat.

will it still modulate per the "3 Stages" of the button?

I guess that's what I'm curious about. is the connector a typical connector for a standard heating mat?

Did you ever find a solution for this?? I ordered my racing seats and have an aftermarket heating system being installed in them without really knowing if I can tap into the factory system... fingers crossed%

Nope, gave up on the issue. Never really found much. The OE heaters are integrated into the seats
