2013 135i Lease Assumption - Metallic Black MT
Lease Assumption $508 per month. Willing to negotiate cash incentive to buy down the payment. I'd be happy to reimburse the $500 BMW Lease Assumption fee assuming you qualify to take over the contract. BMW lets a lessee transfer the lease once through an application process, so you will pay BMW directly. The car is in Erie, PA, but I'm willing to drive a few hundred miles for final delivery. I'm also in Charlotte, NC pretty frequently. Garaged during the winter. 12,000 miles currently used out of 36,000 available. thought I'd bump this one to the top again. it's never been driven in the snow. 11,000 miles on it now. It's basically still new, just had the first service and oil change.
the car is in Erie, pa, but I'm in Charlotte, NC pretty frequently and could swap there. |

Putting new tread on the rears and willing to offer a cash incentive to buy down the payments. PM if your interested. I can conveniently travel most of the east coast for a serious buyer......Erie and Philadelphia, PA to Charlotte, NC +/- 350 miles.
I would consider shipping the car further distances and flying in to complete the delivery to a BMW pre-approved buyer. I'm really not putting many miles on this car after moving to Erie from the south. I have a pickup and an X5 to gobble up potholes here, so this could be your chance to make a deal on an awesome car! |
