Performance Steering Wheel (Var.1) Problem

Hi. I have a very big problem with my wheel. After 2 years of working, it's off. I don't understand the reason. Now It works for 5 seconds (only BMW PERFORMANCE image) if I press it in some places. Also If I press two buttons it still works but show me some strange indicators. And If I take hands from buttons it's off again. Please tell me If you have such problems? What I have to do? Maybe someone have an manual to dismantle it?
