Alufelgen CS7 Review
So after a very long wait for these bad boys to get here, they are finally on the car!
Here we go; the car looks much more aggressive and appealing than the stock 17's. especially from the rear. The finish on these wheels is also very bright and clean. They don't seem to be very heavy at all although I forgot to weigh them. I am running 18 inch OEM Bridgstone tires and they actually look much better than I expected after hearing how they would need to be stretched a bit. Moving on, the TPMS was also a challenge. I was feeling kind of anxious when it came time to mount the wheels because the production date for my car fell right at the time when the swapped the sensors and module to the newer part numbers. For those of you wondering, this is stock height, with out the sports package. I was kind of worried they wouldnt look good because of the gap, but I was really pleased since it kind of has the 1M stretched look for the tires and wider rims IMO. As far as the drive is concerned, it feels much much better on the ground, steering response is also very nice and feels just like the first time I test drived it. All in all I think this was a very good upgrade and I wouldn't hesitate buying these wheels again. They sure do turn heads! The only downside of all this was the wait time to receive them, but well worth it if you ask me. On to the next project! Last edited by misk; 07-24-2011 at 09:23 AM.. Reason: Title misspelled |
