As said its when both your low beam and bright lights are Xenon

Earlier Xenons were just on the low beam and they used Halogens for brights

Bi-Xenons have a flap that opens that allows the Xenon globe to provide your bright lights aswell

Yep the xenons option for US 325s come with the adaptive control. Its actually listed seprately on build sheets i.e. 522 xenons & 524 adaptive light control...

Because the rest of the world can choose to have adaptive control or not ( its quite a expensive option )
