Great list your cars gonna be awesome, couple of things
1. Throttle body spacers are useless on these motors, the main selling point in TBS is to mix the air and fuel efficiently before combustion. But since these motors are Direct Injected they are a waste of money. 2. Pulleys that are not harmonically balanced have been shown to jack these motors up when used consistantly. I wouldn't recommend putting one on if this is gonna be your daily driver. http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showth...ghlight=pulley 3. With all that power your gonna be putting down I'd invest on a LSD. Quaife or Wavetrack you cant go wrong. Good luck and you should post some pics when your done. |

The DEI CryO2 stuff is not a performance asset. The extra weight and complexity does not make up for any "gains". If you'e getting it for show value then obviously those comments aren't relevant.

Well Mr. Blonde The cry02 system wouldnt change the weight by much this isnt a drag car im not tearing out the interior to lose a few lbs this is a team car that im building to grab some extra attention for FSH and my sponsors As a wounded warrior with one arm I cant do much for the team but represent them while there overseas. The idea of the cry02 system alone is amazing its pretty neat and performance wise. Cooler air is denser than hot air. The colder the air, the more power you have. If you have ever driven a turbo car in the winter weather, you know what I am talking about. A local tuning shop tested a lightly modified WRX in the winter resulting in 35ft lbs. higher torque, just from cold weather! So how do you make the air cold? Only drive in winter? Well, turbochargers do blow air, but in the process of compressing air they also heat it up a great deal. Through the turbo piping, there is an intercooler, which is basically an air-air cooler or an air-water cooler. Cold air also helps engine reliability dramatically, decreasing the chances of detonation. The weight just wouldnt match the extra performance i would gain. If someone can help me with my earlier question about the diff id appreciate it? and if someone could with picking rims out
