Cylinder 4 misfire codes. Sputtering, running rich

Getting multiple misfire codes, all pointing to Cylinder 4. When around 50% pedal, I get a sputter and eventually limp mode until I clear the codes.
Replaced plugs 2k miles ago
Delphi coils installed 40k miles ago
Still stock Fuel injectors.

85k miles, would a single fuel injector failure cause this problem? Running rich and sputtering? Log attached, FBO w/ backend custom flash. Haven't changed settings, this started yesterday.

Codes:
2EFE = Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
2F02 = Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
2EE0 = Combustion misfiring, several cylinders: Fuel injection deactivation
2EED = Combustion misfiring, cylinder 4: Fuel injection deactivation

Hey, I have the exact same codes on my n20 e84. What was the cause?

I have a 135 coupe 2009 N54 49000 miles.
New ish to me so issues not of my doing.
I had same sort of issues turned out had cracked spark plug insulator.
A couple of worn tips on plugs.
Some over enthusiastic filling of the oil had filed a plug hole.
And some residue between a coil and wall of coil hole.
Cleaned it all up, changed plugs and coils as history unknown, suspect original to car from plug wear, cleared codes etc.( mate next door has diagnostic tablet thing)
So far so good no issues, smooth running again.
