Headlights not working

Last week I installed LED angel eye bulbs. That was 6 days ago and I have not had any issues with the headlights until today.

Today I took my car through the car wash. As I was driving home, I got the low beam failed warning light come up on my dash. I imagine it must have come on as the (automatic) headlights turned themselves on. When I got home, I noticed there is a significant amount of condensation inside the left headlight. I assume I did not seal the housing correctly. However, this is strange because in the past 6 days, we have had a HUGE amount of rain here. The rain has been way heavier than what the car would be exposed to in the car wash. Until today, there has been no condensation caused by the rain.

Now neither of my headlights are working. Further to this, the high beams do not work either.

I tried reinstalling the OEM angel eye globes thinking that perhaps the eBay LEDs were causing the issue. That made no difference.

I have checked the fuses are both headlight fuses are fine.

I find it odd that BOTH low beams as well as BOTH high beams would stop working due to a bit of condensation inside the light housing.

Any ideas?

If you have xenon lights the ballasts are probably fried. You likely didn't reinstall the covers correctly which is how the water got in.
