My sarcasm was to point out the fallacy of comparing the S2000 engine to the S54 in terms of torque. If you really struggled with that...

And yes, the F10 M5 is a terrible excuse for a M car and I'm certainly not alone in that. Turbos are a good part of its failure, but far from the only thing wrong with it.

I like my car but Consumer Reports is a bunch of biased bullshit. I subscribed for many years and always found bogus info embedded in their "reports".

They are in business to sell magazines.

The kicker for me came when they did a report on products in the field I've been in for over 20 years and most of their info was way off-base.

I never re-newed after that.

Of course, this "new" info might help us get more $ for our cars IF we decide to sell them.
