wierd smell, constant smoke and seems like oily subtance on muffler

Hey guys this issue has been bugging me for a while and I've looked everywhere, I'm not one to post unless I really need too. However I can't find any info on what's going on. my car has 17k miles, fbo and muffler delete. I've noticed that alot of smoke comes out while warm up androving around and has a funny smell to it. It's not alot that would worry anyone but I'm not used to seeing so much smoke coming out. I've also noticed that there seems to be an oily/ greasy subtance on the exhaust tips, I read that it can be water condensation mixed with carbon build up on the exhaust. So it's bugging me I'm not sure if this is nornal, something is meesed up or what it's an n54 and I use mobile 1 europeon formula oil. Oil and coolant are both normal none are empty and car seems to run fine, any input?

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Your smell is because you removed the mid cats and yes it will smoke more now. If something was burning then be concerned

Normal oil consumption and normal smoke from a rich mixture. The cats are off, so you see it. The smell is on every catless car and was always there. You are paranoid and wasting your time.
