Anyone wich could try to PS the rims in different colour for me?
Im thinking these alternatives: - Completly white - Gold like impreza rims - BBS gold with white pinstripe? - White/Lemans blue Other ideas? Its only for track, so i can experiment a litle with them. I see the brake dust issue with white tho...

They are only some M3 replicas with ET47.
I dont have the weight on them, but they are lighter than the stock 18" atleast. Will put them on a scale when i remove the tires for painting.

I dont like black wheels myself, but got them at a fair price, and since it was track wheels the finish dont need to be 100%. Forgot to list normal wheel color/silver to the list, but that is surely an option!
Would be great if someone would help with PS, since i have cleaned the wheels now, and they are almost ready to paint.

Personally, I have never like the pinstripe idea. I think the BBS gold may look good. I always thought it went well with the rally blue, and you are not far off. Gunmetal is also a good option for looking good and hiding brake dust.

Gun Metal is an option, and what about painting the whole lip in rim silver? (Not just pinstripe)

But i will probably paint them in a light Gun metal colour. Maybe paint the lip silver/gray. Gun Metal will be great for the breakdust. White will be a bitch, but CAN look ok.. Would be great to have seen the alternatives in a PS mod first so i dont have to paint them several times.

Wouldnt the rim look wery small if the lip is black? Looks like a part of the tire then?

A box of grey is bought, and i will test on a rim today. Great that it almost has the same colour as my brake dust.

Thx, so do i. Like them ALOT better now.
Only problem now was when i went to get more paint to take the last one, they where sold out with that colour.:S So i made them blend Nogarogrey from the E30 M3 Sport Evo rims. Have to paint everything once more, but think it will be even better. But the cost was over 75$ just for the base paint..
