Sorry for the late answer. I'm currently opening a new restaurant, here in Vancouver, and I have alot of work so less time for internet. I sell it to BimmerB because he stay like 10 min from my house.

@int2str: Don't call people jerk, BimmerB is a very nice guy as I am too, I just rather sell it locally.
