need a jack

Hey guys,

I've gotten rid of my RFT and need a jack and tool kit for emergencies. Anyone know where I can get a cheap set? should I call BMW service dept.?

Thanks

Carry a can of fix a flat and get a AAA membership. Or just have a cheap jack in the trunk.

The super cheapie scissor jacks from autozone happen to fit nicely into the jacking pads, and work alright in a pinch.

Be careful wit the fix-a-flat. It can damage the TPMS sensors, and those things are expensive. :eyebulge:

This is what I'm going for but I'm in Canada and don't have an auto zone...is there any where else I can get it?

I got the jack/tool kit from them for about $125 if memory serves and it's a good kit. The torque lug wrench is preset to the BMW-approved 120Nm and the jack is much sturdier than the ones that come standard on other BMW models.
