FWIW I believe the whistle comes from the car, not the exhaust. Some cars do it some don't, and you can transfer the exhaust to another car and it won't whistle. There doesn't seem to be a lot of consensus on it. I know another user who got a new Berk Sport exhaust from Berk and it still whistled, yet when switched to a Berk Race, no whistle. There probably isn't anything wrong with your exhaust at all.
