Does BMW performance suspension ship already assembled?

Just wondering if the springs and struts come already assembled when you buy the kit. I'm also curious to know if instructions are included?

I'm undecided between this set up or Bilstein HD's combined with my M sport springs. I'd rather not mess with installing the springs if the PS comes assembled and the 2 options I'm considering are comparable/evenly matched.
Thoughts?
I'm not really looking for a drop (Minor drop OK) just a stiffer, better handling DD suspension. After dumping the run flats in favor of the PSS, the m-sport suspension weakness really shows itself- It's soft and the car seams to float at times at highway speeds.

I did a similar swap on my old rsx-s when I installed the a-spec suspension. I already have an air compressor, impact, floor jack, jack stands and other hand tools so I would like to DIY. I also have a bud who has a dealer style lift if need be. (I'll definitely b calling him when I install my water pump..LOL)

Thoughts and advise truly appreciated!

Thx in advance

Doesn't come assembled, but it you've done suspension work before no instructions needed. It's as simple and direct as they come. Only useful info would be torque specs. Bilstein HD will ride firmer, depends on what you want but if you find M-sport to be that lacking chances are you won't be happy with the PS. I would go Bilstein or Koni with PS springs. Swift springs are nice but it can get tiring for daily driving and I really don't think these cars need high spring rates.

Running BMWP springs with Bilsteins. Nice match.
