**********s, can you confirm? Did you read the original post? ;-)

If you're talking about something other than the BMW Performance kit that the OP asked about, I'd agree with you

Unfortunately no, I have not fully tested the brakes yet. We have our last event of the year in less than a month so by then I should have track pads on and conduct some testing before the event.

Would you really expect a one off 60-0 to be improved? Surely the standard 135i brakes can lock the wheels at 60. I'd be looking primarily for better fade resistance during repeated braking from higher speeds, on track.

If someone is seriously looking into options for the 120 and likes the stock coloring of the 135 brakes, I would be willing to swap mine out and pick up the yellows for myself. My car has about 1500 miles on it and I did change the rotors to the front drilled BMW ones. I would be willing to throw those in as well since the kit comes with another set.

PM me with an offer to offset my cost and we both win.

I would be in if you lived a litle closer. But i will buy the performance brakes here since the shipping would be high...

I do believe we will improve our 60-0 times. We run 18x10, 285 series tire in the front .

The front brakes are $3,695 MSRP for the 135i. It's the same part number for the 135i as the 128i so there shouldn't be a difference in price.

True, so it was a bit strange..

Also: $3,695.00 + $3,195.00 = 6,890,00

If we use an exchange rate at 6$ it will be 41340Nok + 25%tax= 51675Nok(8612.5$)+shipping.

Which is 3 times more than the performance kit + shipping compared to my local bmw dealer. There the best price i got for a complete kit was: 16500Nok (2750$) with tax!

So for me it will not be worth it i think. It cant be that good! Also the BMW brakes dont hurt warranty or any other issues with the law...
