Deep Orange Halos
I had a subscribed thread but it's long gone, and search didn't have it come up. Once it warms up, I'm going to retrofit the 128 vert with deep amber halo bulbs. Red won't do because it's illegal (and technically so is blue). The vert already has golden yellow fogs, so it'll be the same setup as I have on the E39. Turns a lot of heads right now, for the right reasons
EDIT: The vert is JB so should fit better that the Titanium Silver on the E39. This is the OEM bulb for the E39 halo: The bulb has been refitted with an LED driver and one of these: ...

You have no idea how hard it is to capture the halo accurately It's indeed more orange in real life.

Looks cool, but I don't think I'd want to take the chance with the Cops when I drive to my parents place in VA. It would be nice if there was a way to flip a switch and go back and forth between this and stock.

Ehhhh... it may look good in a parking lot at a car club meet but for day to day use I don't like it. I especially don't think it will look any better with the head lights on.
