How do you put exterior lights in and integrate them to the headlight controls?
Hey everyone. I was considering doing some fiber optic or LED lights in my front bumper at the intake for the brake cooling ducts. I would like them to switch on with the headlights or parking lights. I have adaptive xenon headlights. Is there anything I need to know about how things are connected to the computer and the headlights or can I just tap off the +12 and negative? Anywhere I can find a wiring diagram?

It's not that difficult, just tap into the circuit you want the lights controlled with - i.e. Park lights, headlights.
You could do it one of two ways; 1. Parallel circuit using the power and ground supply directly off the headlight harness. 2. Use a relay tapped into the headlight harness to control the light. Relays are basically devices which allow a low current circuit to control a high current one. It effectively isolates the two via an electromagnet powered switch. Your LEDs would then be run directly off the battery, either a constant 12v or an ignition or accessory 12v circuit. You could tap these at the fuse box. Personally I would opt for a relay as the electromagnet requires a very small load and this way you shouldn't get any computer related errors showing up.
