Couldn't tell if it had water spots. The driver looked as if he was looking at a map or some type of paper while pulling away from the light.....also he was going westbound on 20

SGM 135 around 7:45pm tonight on Mem Drive in Cambridge. You were in the left lane and turned over the river. As you pulled up alongside me, I saw the distinctive "belly" in my side mirror and looked to see who was driving. I haven't seen you at a meet, but you gave me a 1er nod of solidarity.

I noticed as I let you pull ahead of me a little bit that you had a Patriot's license plate.
