Alternative to BMW Performance Rotors

The OE alternative to the BMW Performance dimpled/slotted rotors can be bought branded Dura.

Front rotors: BR900986
Rear rotors: BR900988

They are constructed to be identical to the OEM "BMW Performance" rotors. Aluminum center hat and same slots and dimples. Made of the same material.

The best part is, they're much much less money.

Front each: $126 vs $189 each
Rear each: $55 vs $169 each

You can find them on eBay. I'll let you know when I receive them. I have a new set of BMWP rotors to compare to but from my calls it appears that they are identical and not cheapo knock offs.

I just want to lose this brake dust, it's on the point of ridiculous. I know I use my brakes alot, but this seems way more than normal, but it was just as bad prior to the pad change from BMW. Is this large huge amount normal? Is it just my driving that is doing it? Where is the best place to buy the cool carbons?

You can have the front and rear for $350 shipped. They are good quality, I bought a pair when I had my scion Xa and they did the job!!! I definitely recommend them

They arrived. They look identical to the BMW Performance rotors. For reference, Pronto is PBR's rotor brand. PBR makes Axxis/Metal Master/etc. brake pads and is pretty well known to be a decent brand. And for $100 vs $350-400 for the BMW Performance rotors, this is an incredible bargain.

They make the fronts too but I already have BMW P fronts. Anyone want to check out a set? They are apparently exactly the same with the aluminum hat and low weight too.

^^Those are only dimpled not thru and thru holes like the BMW Performance ones. Those rotor hats look squared off instead of rounded off like the OE rotors.

I have the BMW Performance ones on my car. They have 3mm holes thru the rotors. Take a look...

Haven't put them on yet but I would guess they would fit/drive/feel like the stock rotors. Just that they'd be able to handle temperatures slightly better.

I'm currently working on my PhD and don't have too much time right now to do car work. When the semester is over I am planning on doing a lot all at once:
LSD
Front/Rear sways
Swift spring conversion (I have KW V2s now)
BMW Performance brakes on front and rear (might wait a little longer for them since my current brakes have at least 10k on them left)
AA Race IC
Camber Plates

I was able to get a price for the fronts. They are more expensive at $126 each. But that means a full BMW Performance OEM version costs $362 shipped vs $716. Pretty good if you ask me. The rotors look identical to my BMW Performance ones and weigh exactly the same on my postal scale.
