Stoked... love BM videos, though they are highly inaccurate performance comparisons they are a hoot to watch.

Subscribing for whole video link.

I don't think the people on this site are going to like the outcome. I've already seen the results.

Spoiler Alert!!

Is it true that the result was 911 1st, 370Z 2nd, Cayman S 3rd, 135i 4th and S2k 5th?

Best Motoring is a little different. It's all about 4-5 guys with really good driving skills having fun. There are mistakes on the tracks, drivers errors etc. We all the know when it comes down to it, 370Z and 135i runs neck and neck. 135i disadvantage was the run flat tires so without them, I can see the 135i gaining on the 370Z.

Nope, the final result was:
1. Cayman S
2. 370Z
3. 911 PDK
4. 135i
5. S2k Type S

The 911 had a chance to pass the 370 at the final straight but ran out of room. I'd bet that in a longer race it would've eventually gotten by. The 135 was noticeably slow on the hairpins where IDE-san ran into some heavy understeering. At one or two of the turns he almost ran off the track as he went really really wide. If he kept his line with some suspension tweaks, the result would've been dramatically different.

They seemed dissappointed that the Z couldn't get a debut victory but was happy that the car was much improved over the Z33. At the end of the race the conclusion was that it doesn't matter if it's fast or slow, these sports cars are all extremely fun.

On the bright side, the 135i won every straight line test and battle amongst this group of cars (0-400m). It was about 4-6ft worse compared to the rest in their lane change braking test though.

The order of finish really doesn't matter. The lap times are the thing to look at.

At one point yes however how a days I'm not so sure. I heard that this one episode won't be making it to the US because of copy write issues.
