Feeler: Trade my 335i for your 135i
Long story short I got me a 135i as a loaner and absolutely loved it. I don't have a family so space is not an issue. I have TiAG 2007 335i with 60.xxx miles, manual, navigation, logic7, cold weather package. Car is not on warranty but I had no issues with it whatsoever. It was in an accident with a previous owner but has been fixed by a BMW-authorized shop. (Yes, LCI tails. not exactly sure how it would work with financing and everything ( i have a bmw financial loan on mine) but i may be open to it. i have a 2010 135i black/black, 6mt, sport, premium 18k miles

if he owes money you'd both have to take out new loans for each others cars and then pay off the lien to release the title for each other.
