Launching the 1M

Hello.. So i hit the drag strip this weekend, and am having a hard time launching the car... I'm dumping the clutch at around 3k RPM but get too much wheelspin... If I dump earlier, car goes, but still sping all through first gear... Losing too much time on that.. Any tips or advices on how to do a better launch???

I'm cat less DPs and Mids, DCI, JB4 G5 ISO...

Try dropping the rear air pressure slightly, however, no matter what you do you're going to struggle with rear end grip with stock tires.

Garage List
The 1M is not the easiest to launch. 2,000 rpm is as much as you need and you have to feather the throttle to prevent excessive wheel spin. Wider rear rubber is the way to go.

+1.

Don't dump the clutch, modulate it just a bit at the engagement point.
