There are bound to be some out there that were collected and never driven from the beginning. The owner of the BMW store that I work for has a VO that has never been driven (7 miles on it I think) and is still on MSO. I'm sure there are more out there like this than we think.

Not likely, even if it is still on MSO, the RDR (retail delivery registration) will have been reported to BMW which is what starts the clock for the warranty.
