Not much to be honest. On the highway you can definitely hear the exhaust, but when cruising at 70 its not very noticeable or annoying. I think keeping the resonator helped it a lot.

got it done today at Reseda Mufflers in the Los Angeles Area. I love it, but I do hope its not too loud haha.

What a great difference it made, particularly on throttle blips and that farting backfire symphony... cant wait to hear what it sounds like on a cold start

Here is the best picture I have that shows where the exhaust was cut. Literally where the muffler starts, just like how you would install the BMW PE.
