minimum offset required to run 265s

So, I am looking for a set of staggered wheels which will make me able to run 245s front and 265s rears (18"). The car is mildly lowered and not looking to go for the "stanced" or / \ look. Will 9.5 et45 do the job for the rear? If not what is a good offset for such width on the rears?
Thanks

Alot of what tire will fit depends on the tire brand, they are not all graded the same. Even with all that, you would not be able to pretty much any 265 rear tire on a et45 wheel without rubbing. Et55 would be a good offset. You still will rub with many 265s.

You'll need a very high offset probably 50+ and a very low profile tire nothing over a 35 sidewall

I'm running a 40 offset and a 245/35-18 mpss in front with no issues. I am running -1.5 camber though which helps. No fender roll or pull. I know I could run a 42 offset which would reduce the camber requirement slightly. I know it's only 2 mm but fitment is tight and requires some diligence.

Running a 45 offset with 245/35 in the rear. I suspect a 55 would be required to get the 265s on.

I think you will need ET52 as the absolute minimum to be workable. ET45 is likely to be a big problem IMO. Fitment will be tight with most 255s.

That's what I thought too and unfortunately there are only two brands with the same spoke style which does them unless it's custom 👎
