Performance reduction???

Helo guys, so today i was driving my 135i agressively and all of a sudden i feel like i lost power so i look at the boost gauge and i see 4.5psi boost at WOT. I know this is limp mode and no ses or any other light was shown on dashboard. I turn off the car then back on and full boost is back then after 2 min it goes back to 4.5psi. Do you think i need to upgrade my stock intercooler? Car has dps, afe dci, 2nd cat delete, costume muffler, and a tune (10 psi peak). The weather temp was 35°c and high humidity. Car oil was 120°c and coolant temp 110°c.

Check for overboost or misfire codes. Could have one stored without an SES or half engine light, but it's uncommon imo.

I checked today using a scanner, there are no engine codes..

When was the last time you changed your plugs.

Question is what are you using to scan for codes?

I don't see how this condition could be possible without a code being thrown.

I think its a tune problem maybe i should retune because i took out my 2ndary cats and changed to a high flow muffler

What tune are you using? What scanner are you using to pull codes?

Custume tune and i dont know what scanner it was borrowed it from someone but now i have cobb ap switched to map2 aggressive and it seems fine. Thanks for the help guys.
