Cannot order a 2010 128i in ATL area?

Anyone else been told there is no more capacity left to order any 128's for 2010? I was told today my order would have to be placed in February for an April delivery and it would be a 2011 model.
My long list of options probably did not help: Moonroof, Comfort access, M Sport, Premium radio, Sirius, Xenon, automatic and Red leather.

That doesn't sound right at all. Call Athens BMW and ask for Rick. If you are ordering it, it doesn't matter where you get it. Just do a PCD and get it serviced wherever is closest to you. I got a great deal from him on my 08 135.

I have met Rick before. My CA is David at that dealership you mentioned. He gave me a great deal on my Z4 in 07, so I really have no reason to doubt his sincerity on the "allotment" issue--- but just wanted some reactions from others, to be sure.
