Anyone Clean A/C with foam cleaner through vents?

I recently cleaned my evaporator removing the blower motor and spraying the foam under the glove compartment. I also sprayed a good amount of Klima cleaner foam spray through the center vent.

When I spray through the center vent I didn't see any drainage below which I would assume did not reach the evaporator.

Anyone clean the AC through the center vents and if so run into any issues? Or should I not even worry about it?
