Looking to buy my first BMW

Hello everyone. I have been lurking here for a while now gathering some info while I have searched for a BMW as my new car. After test driving one I found I really enjoyed the 135i. I was wondering if you guys would not mind taking a look at the car I am interested in and give me an idea if you think it is a good buy? Compared to KBB it seems pretty good but I am sure you all know better so I figured I would ask and see what you all say.

They are asking $26,700

I think it is a bit high with the mileage but it is manual...I would say about $24K. Nice wheels though

I got my 135 convertible, 08, 48k miles, $46k msrp, CPO, FOR $26.4 in feb 2012, with xm radio. So I think they can come down some on your coupe non CPO. Yours has nicer wheels! Good luck.

Seems high to me as well. I would try to talk them down a little, especially since it has very few options (not sure if that matters to you). The wheels are nice (and pricey), but shouldn't really add any value to the car once it is up for sale.

OT: I came from an 06 GLI too!

Thanks for the input! I really appreciate it.

I was happy with the options it had and do not need anything super fancy. It will play music and has bluetooth for calls so it's good enough of on the option front in my opinion. I loved the sport seats in it, those are awesome. I am going to try and talk them down a little but on the price and see if I can get it closer to the numbers you guys were quoting. If not, I don't need the car and am patient in finding a better deal.

My GLI is still running solid after just replacing the water pump and timing belt and I do like it but it's only an auto so is boring to drive. There doesn't seem to be a plethora of 135i manuals up here in the Portland area so it may be a long hunt. Wish me luck!
