BMW Performance Gear knob, boot & Handbrake
Hi guys,
Any idea if the E90 bme performance gear knob, alcantara boot, handbrake lever and boot will fit a 135i manaul? The knob would definitely fit, those are pretty standard. As someone who had the Performance gear knob, I can tell you that I vastly prefer the ZHP knob. It actually does have a noticeable effect on the shifter feel. It's my subjective opinion, but many people on here would tell you to look at the ZHP instead.

ZHP all the way.
To cross check the item you are looking at go to realoem.com and plug in your VIN and jot down the part numbers of the pieces on your car. Then search for the same parts for an E90 and see if the part numbers are the same. You know what to do from there.

Just as an FYI, the BMWP stuff is alcantara color 9040, which is black. Many have found the alcantara color 9002 dark grey to be a much better fit for these interiors. Subject to preference of course but I thought I'd mention it. The BMWP stuff is very dark against the other interior parts. Sticks out way too much for me
The OEM 1M interior stuff is 9002, so that would give you an idea of what it looks like to compare |
