Low voltage to MAF and Crankshaft Position Sensor

I recently had to replace my engine due to it venting the block on track. I finished everything up and I am left with 3 codes that are causing the car to run poorly.

2A19 Tank-Venting Valve, Activation
2A94 Crankshaft sensor, signal,
2D27 Hot film air mass meter

All three sensors are on the same wiring harness which i had to replace as my old one burnt so i assume it could be a fuse or relay issue. I put the car in the on position and tested power to the crankshaft sensor and its only reading 3v. Its my understanding that it should be reading 12v. Same issue with the MAF. Any ideas what I can check to see why they are getting power but not enough? I have checked a lot of fuses and they all seem fine. The fuse diagrams I have from ISTA and online all talk about a fuse box in the engine bay but my car doesnt seem to have that..... Any help is appreciated

Per Bentley:
MAF = 0.5V-4.5V
Crank Receives 12V, send 5V square wave
Nothing specific about the vent valve except location and replace if it leaks.

Correction.

From 9/2006 digital MAF receives a 5V reference signal.

Thanks for the help. Turns out it was 2 things. I found a cut in the crankshaft senor wire so i repaired that and the other 2 were a blown fuse......

Glad that it turned out to be something simple.

ya i spent like 8 hours chasing it and redoing a ton of wires only to forget that I pulled a burnt fuse and never replaced it.....in my defense the n52 has changed fuse locations like 7 times and the FSM says there is a fuse box in my engine bay that does not exist
