What should i do?

Long story short, I avoided a massive accident but I had to go straight directly over a curb. What do I need to do? Go to BMW and have an alignment check, but what else should I check for to see if it's okay? Thanks guys

Just checked the wheels and they're not bent but I'll have to check during the day when there's more light.

Pretty much the wheels, the alignment, scratches on the bumper and undercarriage, also check your exhaust to see if it got scratched or bent at all by hopping the curb.

I'm sorry to hear this! I hope you got the other guy's plate, or at least a description. If he was driving recklessly, you'd best file a police report as well! I'm sorry about this as well, good luck man.

One of the main concerns would be damaging something that holds oil or trans fluid. Check under the car before you drive it next to see if there's any pooling of fluids. Of course if you went all the way across the curb, you would want to check for leaks or damage to the fuel tank. You should see a loss in tire pressure if you bent a wheel enough to cause an air leak. Sometimes they will bend on the inside of the lip and you can't see it from the side. A curb hit hard enough could make a tire burp out air and give low reading as well. If it wasn't pulling to hard to one side or the other right after it happened. maybe you got lucky and didn't break anything.
Best of luck!

PS I'm no expert so it might pay to have a mechanic put it on a lift so you can look at it with him.

No one's mentioned suspension components yet. The shop will check that if you take it in. Could have something bent or not. Maybe you'll get lucky.
