Dackel’s tour of Klassikstadt: Frankfurt, Germany…
Klassikstadt - Frankfurt am Main
      Klassikstadt GmbH Orber Straße 4a, 60386 Frankfurt am Main 069/40896980 http://www.klassikstadt.com/ opening hours: Monday thru Saturday: 10:00 until 20:00 Sunday: 10:00 until 18:00 Klassikstadt is a really cool place for any car lover. It is mostly a car storage or warehouse but it is also a car club meeting point and car sales and lease center, and there is also a very nice restaurant located inside the main building. The place is huge – 16,000 square meters! There are also quite a few car related businesses that run shops inside the display area. And around back of the huge warehouse is also the TÜV inspection for the local Frankfurt area cars. Klassikstadt is open every day too! One of the highlights of Klassikstadt is the Dörr Motorsport display of the McLaren MP4-12C. http://www.klassikstadt.com/opening-...d-27-november/ And what a car it is! I have seen a lot of cool cars... but this thing just oozes high tech. IF any of you will travel to see this McLaren, the display is only open from 10:00 to 19:00 Monday thru Friday and on Saturdays from 10:00 until 15:00. Btw... Dörr Motorsport will race two MP4’s this year!  What I like about Klassikstadt is that the car collection is ever changing. It is like going to a living car museum. Every visit will be different. And that is what makes it exciting to come to places like this. Ok, onto my photos... Dackel McLaren MP4-12C...                                     McLaren’s “other” car... a MB F1 car... I just visited Klassikstadt. Not much has changed since Dackel's visit. Some nice BMWs, AUDIs, and Jags in the parking lot.
The dark blue 3.0CS, and the white and light blue 3.0CSLs were not there. The golf 3.0CSL was there.
