Oh hey! I just realised I spotted your car a couple months ago in front of Blue Lantern, Nth Strathfield. That CF rear diffuser looked great! The whole car looked immaculate. GWLS mate..

I've been trying to convince my friend to buy your car Ian. At that price it's easily the best on the market. He's currently looking in the sub 50k bracket, but I keep hassling him.

Hey Guys,
Perth boy and I am new here in the forum. Own VW MKV R32 that I am going to let go soon.

Interested in 335i or 135i.. leaning towards 135i though since I can get a newer used sample for the same price.
Is it possible to get N55 135i DCT for under 60k? I'm looking for a modified one especially with LSD but stock is fine

Thanks for helping in advance

Erik

VMR V701's

Hi Guys,

I'm in the process of selling my car. As the interest I've had has been pretty average with the wheels etc. on the vehicle (apparently people don't like tasteful mods I've decided to remove a couple of items from it namely the wheels.

These wheels are extremely rare. As far as I know, nobody sells them in Australia, you have to import them. I've only ever seen 1 other set and it was on a track car that got written off.

RRP of the wheels is $1000US. Shipping is $500US and taxes... I had to pay $600 for them to get cleared through customs. Tyres are around $1200 if you shop around plus mounting etc.

So, enough background. My wheels are for sale.

Asking price: $1800 - Buyer to organise shipping (I will help where I can)

Wheels: VMR 701 19" - Hyper Silver

Front:
ET35
235/35 Dunlop Sport Maxx GT (50% tread)

Rear:
ET45
265/30 Toyo Proxes 4's (70-80% tread)

I'm unsure of exact fitment compatibility with 1ER's. I think that without guard work you would have to stretch a 245 on the rear. I'm sure you guys know more than me when it comes to your models. If you do know the maximum offset and tyre you can fit then try this website.

Please PM me if you have any questions at all.

Below are the pictures of the wheels currently. As seen they are in very good condition. They have got 3 light curb marks which have been touched up (see photos)

Rear Tread

Back Left

Front Right

Front Left (unmarked)

Hey Dec!

Why are you selling your car? What's next?

PS GLWS but you've picked a bad time... VMR are doing a promo at the moment - we can get them for $1098 delivered, new.

Obviously without rubber...

Hey Angus!

Time for an upgrade mate, need something with a bit more POWAH! I looked into the 135 but I think I'll enjoy an e46 M3 more. I love everything about my car but the seats, lack of NAV, LSD & Power. An M3 solves all of these problems

Jeez, that's cheap! I'm open to offers considering the promotion that VMR are running. Does that include V701's?

PS: When are we doing this detail?!?!?!

The promo actually finishes tonight so you might get lucky with someone who missed out...

M3 - 135 - you know where my recommendation is gonna be but I'm sure you'll love either of them

Really wanna do the detail... Just gotta find time...

The sensible decision is the 135 but the emotional decision is the M3. Since I was 13 the E46 m3 has always been a dream car of mine. I'd kick myself if I didn't take up the opportunity to own one.

I know the feeling but the result is well worth the time invested.
