how to change 3d design manual shift knob on 1M

Please advise how i remove the OEM shift knob(just the knob) on 1m and put on the 3d design shift knob?

On my old 325e i just pulled up really hard and it came out. I'm not sure if this applies to all BMWs. Just be careful not to knock yourself in the teeth

wow, did you install these already..
3D design's stuff are mostly all overpriced..
i dont think it will look better then the OEM leather covered handbrake grip.

especially those shift knobs.. ew.

Acidblast is right, pull straight up. Every BMW I know operates on that system except the the newer automatics with the electronic paddle/lever
