SG U.S. 135i Coupe in Europe :) Lots of pics
First of all, I must admit that the car from the pics does not belong to me.
I just had a chance to make a few pictures of it when it stood in my neighbourhood. Best wishes for the owner I really like the clean front bumper and U. S. orange position lights in front. They make the car look so exotic here in Europe. I wish it was possible to order an U. S. spec 1 Series here in Europe Here pictures: |

Stalker LOL.... awesome pictures. Its always interesting to see how in Europe the US accents are exotic, but in the US a lot of us find features like yellow front corner lights displeasing maybe I should apperciate them a lil more : ) I also find it intresting that in germany/europe they find it ok to badge M/sport bmw with a M badge. kinda intresting...

Why can't you? If you're military you sure can. There's probably some way if your not, too.

thank you! and thank Jackbmw for the photos. I am going to give it
a proper photo shoot in the coming weeks. Also plan on going to BMW Welt this month so she can visit her brothers and sisters. I simply love this car. One of the best of 2008 hands down. Best, M |

Ok, that's pretty cool. What are the odds of the Photographer and the owner getting together?
Feel free to share your story, the board is getting a little boring with all the I modded this and that stuff. How about more on where we are going, what we are doing and pictures of it? I hate to see this board go the way of E90 post. edit:subscribed |

It was very nice to meet Mark in person and see his car again
We talked almost one hour about different aspects of owning a Bimmer, not only the 1 Series. There are so many problems to discuss Probably we will meet the next week and drink some beer :drinking:  I was also very happy to have a chance to speak English after a longer break. Long live the Bimmers :roundel: |

Basically, it came down to cost and how long I was going to stay in Europe.
I brought the car in as an ex-pat which I can have in Europe for 1 year. Insurance Is a tad expensive but works out in euro to dollar exchange. I ordered the car in January----Delivered March 23rd----On another Boat---- Picked up in Felixstowe on May 29th... If you have anymore questions please PM me. Cheers, M |
