I had the same issue on my 2013 135i convertible but came up with a fix: the Black rubber OEM hangers in the rear have an open center section that is meant to give it some up & down movement. You can either replace both of them with solid rubber hangers or insert a hard piece of rubber or something else in the open section by simply pulling the hanger down and sliding something in thus bringing the tips down.

Any negative results from running Berk axle back street muffler while keeping all other OE exhaust components on the N54? Will that setup hinder the performance at all?

Got mine last week from Kevin at EAS. Stainless steel street. Nice upgrade from stock. very slight drone around 2500. I bought a catback for my 2010 S4 from AWE in philly and i think the Berk has a deeper more refined growl. Loud when i start it, then it calms down.
When I get on it.. it responds with the growl I hoped for. Great investment. can't say i notice any power increase as they advertise 10hp. But. that's not why I got it. My local dealer has a 2012 E82 with a Dinan, and I think the Berk sounds just as nice for less than half the cost.

I think it sounds perfect. Love the Auto-x vid.

For ~$1200 you can get a sweet setup from **********s. I recommend Berk.

Installed my berk street cat back last night on my n55 and I am very happy with it also....not boy racer loud but definitely sounds much more aggressive.

balling on a budget

can anyone re-host the axle back video that has the Street installed on a 100% stock car? A lot of the videos I am seeing have an aftermarket DP.
