2009 passenger side tail light out. HELP

Is there a way to fix these tail lights that sudenly stop working? The bulb is fine and works when placed in the other side tail light. Dealer wont fix under warranty because I have them tinted. Any DIY's? I guess its not grounding or something.

If it works in the other side, you have a wiring issue before the light. Check fuses?
